Zusammenfassung
Sozialkompetenz kann neben Empathie und sozialen Fähigkeiten, wie Kommunikation und Konfliktmanagement, auch Selbst‐Führung umfassen (Tat et al. 2016, 17). Selbst‐Führung kann als eine der grundlegenden Fähigkeiten emotionaler Intelligenz verstanden werden, zu der u.a. Selbstbeherrschung und Selbstmotivation zählen (Goleman 1997, 12). Selbst‐Führungskompetenzen können als Schlüssel zum Erfolg im beruflichen wie im privaten menschlichen Miteinander angesehen werden. Wie aber können diese Kompetenzen erlernt bzw.
